I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for my needs before catching the express train to Osaka Airport, just a short 6-minute walk away. Although the rooms were quite conveniently located, I found cleanliness lacking at times. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to help me with luggage and other requests without any extra charges. The location was really good, close to Kyoto train station and bus terminal, making it convenient for day trips outside of Kyoto. The dining experience, however, was a bit disappointing for a vegetarian like me with limited options available, luckily included in my package.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel before catching the express train to Osaka Airport. The room with the very comfortable bed was clean and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient being only 6 minutes walk away from the station, making it easy to explore Kyoto.
